Our Team

I have always had a love and appreciation for design and architecture. As a child, I would ride my bike through Mission, Prairie Village, and Mission Hills just to look at the different styles and dream of one day helping to create that beauty.

My formal journey into design would start much later though. I received my B.A. in Business Communication from the University of Kansas in 1992. I worked in various fields until my children went to school. It was then that I decided to go back to school to get a degree in Interior Design. With so much of my work life left, I leaped and decided to follow my passion, and haven’t regretted it once. I have been fortunate to work with clients in their homes and at design centers. To me, a well-designed home reflects the homeowner's style and story.

When I am not working, I love to spend time on the lake with my husband, Brian, and our two kids, Alisha and Jack. Our Portuguese water dog keeps us on our toes around the water, but our little 12-year-old Ava would prefer to stay dry and have a boat ride instead. In the winter months, I love to watch college basketball and follow my beloved Jayhawks.
